Balanced Growth

  • Acquired Northline Energy Services, adding a total of 11 coiled tubing units
  • Acquired Canadian Oilfield Stimulation Services, adding seven acid and chemical pumpers
  • Added to the TSE 300 as one of the 275 largest companies in Canada
  • Developed the Industry’s first “one-truck” fracturing crew. Operating with a three man crew, this unit consists of a blender, chemical addition unit and a pumper – all in one unit.
  • Entered the liquid CO2 fracturing market
