Titanium Lightweight Cements

The Titanium line of lightweight cements are a new generation of medium to low density cements using unique products and chemistry to enhance performance and provide high quality lead slurries for any wellbore. These slurries are easier to blend in the bulk plants compared to preliminary light weight blends and components commonly used before 2010. Titanium cements are very user friendly with outstanding slurry property control and excellent density control in the field.

Titanium 1320 HPCTM 

This proprietary, high performance cement system provides an economical fill slurry to replace and/or provide an excellent option to foam cementing. It uses advanced technology to meet performance requirements and achieves a smaller CO2 footprint than comparable cement systems. Titanium 1320 HPC contains no ceramic extenders which provides accurate density control at down hole pressures and maintains excellent compressive strength performance at temperatures as low as 25°C (77°F).

Titanium 1400TM 

Titanium 1400 is a lightweight cement system that uses leading edge strength enhancement technology. Titanium 1400 additive technology increases the rate of compressive strength development in shallow/cold environments providing high compressive strengths at low temperatures.

Titanium 1500TM 

Titanium 1500 is a lightweight cement system that utilizes leading edge strength enhancement technology. Its additive technology increases the rate of compressive strength development in shallow/cold environments.

Trican High Strength (THS) Cements

THS 1200TM/THS 1300TM

These lightweight cement blends minimize formation breakdown by reducing hydrostatic pressures, and provide long term compressive strength levels acceptable for production or perforation at various bottomhole temperatures.

Therm-o-lite 1550TM

Therm-o-lite 1550 is a thermally stabilized cement designed to minimize formation breakdown by reducing hydrostatic pressures.
